January was a fun month. Here are some of the fabulous updates inspired by daily pictures!

| Beemer, Christina, KJ, and me! Us girls were great roommates back in the day....and now (as of last week) all have our own little ones. KJ's winning with 5! |
I call this my "Magic Hand" picture. When Riley's shy or just wants some extra affection, he pulls my hand and puts it on the side of his face. He did this a lot while I was directing the Jr. High Musical and we were in front of the students (more on that later). I also liked this picture because Shadow jumped on me and his smile at her is classic. He LOVES the cat!!
My birthday!!! This year I wasn't puked on! My doctor has put me on a gestational diabetes diet in an attempt to not have another 10 lbs baby. So I'm supposed to limit my carbs and increase protein. So where's the best place for that?? TUCANOS! Bryan surprised me and invited the Hale's to join us in the festivity!
The week after my birthday we were able to have another week long trip to Denver (me and Riley). It was such a fun week. He had so much fun playing with Grandma and Grandpa. They were so cute with him. It was also the Super Bowl weekend....who was in the super bowl? THE BRONCOS! Granted, they did very bad, but it was fun being there and seeing the whole town covered in blue and orange. We just had to join in the fun! Riley loved his Broncos shirt!
Even my dad's office staff had a Bronco day. Riley loves playing at the dentist office so he's a part of this picture.
One of his favorite parts of the office is this bear statue. The first time he was there Grandpa pretended to get bit by the bear and at first Riley didn't want to touch it. Now, he loves touching it's teeth and will pull anybody over so that he can touch it.
Working up front with Grandma! He can really do some "damage" if he's allowed to actually touch the real computer. He's gonna be a computer nerd! It comes so naturally.
Playing with Grandpa on the stairs...
Can you tell he was having a good time?
Playing with Brian and Nicole! I fell asleep at some point during this night....he didn't care. Look at all those people to play with!
My brother, Brian, for Christmas made this large Jenga set for my parents. The blocks have the names of the family on them! It's very fun. We played it for a couple hours. Riley didn't like it a whole lot. I think it's partly because he kept getting passed around and wasn't allowed to touch any of the blocks. We got it very high at one point!
Day of the game! Isn't that a precious picture!
Playing with Grandma and her iPad.
It was a great week with lots of highlights. He did really well while he was there as well. Thanks Mom and Dad for the great trip. We were both excited to get home to Daddy though!
