Wedding Part 3: Denver reception

After the wedding we spent a day at Lagoon!  It was so great to not have somewhere to be or plans to make or things to arrange.  It was just the two of us having fun!  THEN we headed off to Denver for another reception.  This one we had a little more elaborate.  It took place in the backyard of my parents house and we had it catered too.  It was very special to see how many people came.  Bryan's parents and sister (with family) all were able to make it out too.

Now time for pictures, in absolutely no particular order.

Getting ready!  This is my dress hanging in my parents bedroom in anticipation for us to get ready!

Bryan's sister, Amy, did my hair for the Denver and Moab reception.  She's so talented!

After the line and the cake-cutting, we had dancing!  Here's a little grouplet:  my parents, Suzie and Sydney, Sarah and Kobe!
The Father/Daughter dance. Bryan and I had our first dance together to "I See the Light" from Tangled.  Then I got to dance with my dad to "Unforgettable".
Bryan danced with his mom.
Just one shot of the awesome food!
The entry to the gardens.  So much purple!!!  I love it!
The cake cutting.  It was marvelous cake too and it was super special because it was made and decorated by a dear friend of ours, Peggy and her daughter and my earliest best friend Becky!  They were amazing to come to Denver for the occasion.
Kye loved the dancing segment.  This is he and Nathan dancing to "Billy Jean". Yes, we had Billy Jean play at our wedding....don't judge! :)
My uncle and one of our friends in CO decorated our walk way down to the "Serenity Garden".  Above there are grape vines and they wound these all up with lights.  It was amazing!  I think they had a little too much fun putting these up!
The family picture of all the Sellers' family.  It's from far away, but don't we look great!
I like this one of me and Bry!
My best friends in high school, Eboni and Erica showed up to the reception.  It was SO much fun to see them!!!  It has been way too long and it was truly amazing to have both of them come.  They stayed pretty much the entire time too!
I love this one of our rings!
Oh yeah....I married him!
This one is super sweet of Solena and Sammy.  They LOVE Bryan!  At one point Solena even told Bryan that she wanted to marry him and I remember her shouting "I LOVE YOU BRYAN" as we left their house one evening before we were even engaged!  So to have to two girls sitting close to us during the line was adorable.  This is Solena looking at Bryan when he caught her attention!  I love it!

One of my favorites!
Bryan and his mom.  She loves him so much.  They claim he's the favorite child.  I believe it!

I love this picture of Jayden and Tori with Sydeny!  It's so cute ( I think it's from the Utah one...)

The cake!

Seriously....how can you do the event justice?  It was amazing and wonderful!  Thanks to so many people for making it amazing!

Wedding Part 2: Ring Ceremony and Springville Reception

Ring Ceremony!  We were able to have a beautiful ring ceremony in this beautiful hall.  Both of our parents said wonderful things and then we shared a thought with each other and kissed!

Springville Reception:  We had a beautiful reception in the backyard of our Stake President, President Baker. It was a perfect evening and the environment was so fun.  We kept it very simple and just served cheesecake...thanks Camille for being in charge of all that!

We made a whole bunch of center pieces for the wedding in different styles.  This one is my favorite!

The fun part about doing the reception in Springville is that a lot of my students came!  LOTS!  It was fun sharing that with them.  Here is Jordan, Megan, Nate, McKenna, Kristen and Brennon.

One of my favorite moments of the day was when Sydney got there she turned the corner and shouted "Winsee...purple dress"!  She was so excited.  And she definitely took second place on dresses!

We got an awesome picture of the McKinnon side right before the reception.  It's amazing how everyone looks good in this picture!

One of our first dates was in this very backyard.  There was a stake leadership dinner and Bry had a stake calling and so we were there.  We sat at this very bench and watched the fish in the pond and Rob captured a photo of it.

So we had to get a photo there in our wedding attire!  It was so perfect!
Here's one of the girls from my side!  So much purple...I love it!
Bryan's sisters also took it upon themselves to decorate the truck.  There were balloons, shaving creme, lipstick and oreos all over the car.  And it sat like that (minus streamers and balloons) for our day in Lagoon as well as our entire honeymoon while it sat at the airport!  When we were leaving Lagoon there was a napkin on the truck that said "congrats to the newlyweds" on it!

Post of all posts-- Wedding!!!

I finally have decided to blog about my wedding. I'm thinking I'll break it in to a few parts so it's not so daunting! So, I bring to you WEDDING DAY at the temple! The first few are pictures we took at the temple a couple weeks before the wedding. We wanted to eliminate some of the time people would have to wait around. We got some cute pictures. Sorry about all the kissing...but what did you expect?!

Classic coming out of the temple. Are we happy or what?
Classic coming out of the temple picture!

This was the entire group who were able to be at the temple. It was awesome to have so many people there! The parents:My uncle had us do a twirling kiss. I like it because it shows my purple shoes!

The McKinnon Family!
This is the "friends" group. Due to the size of the sealing room we were not able to have all of our special friends there, but we were able to have some.
Me and my girls.
Bry's Guys:
The day was perfect. For being July it was not too hot. The sky was perfect and there was a slight breeze to keep things cooled off. The Manti temple was beautiful! As Bryan and I were driving down for the sealing, the first moment where my heart skipped a beat was when the temple came in to view. It just felt weird...like it wasn't really me and this wasn't really happening. Oh, but it did!
The Sellers side of the family:
This is my favorite picture from the temple. These are all our nieces and nephews. It's so cute. From left to right: Sydney (Nathan/Suzie), Solena, Samantha, Kobe, Bryce (Dave/Sarah), Kye (Nathan/Suzie), Jayden, Tori (Amy/Ben).

The temple was perfect. Bryan and I were very happy with how it all turned out.
