January at the McKinnons

We had a fun January!  Here's the stories with the pictures!

This is Riley's friend Charlotte.  She is Lindsey's (my old roommate) baby who is 3 weeks older than Riley.  We love getting together with them.

Super Baby!!  Riley loves when daddy does Super baby!

Super baby gone wrong.  This is what happens when mom does super baby.  And this was on my birthday! I grabbed my phone to snap a shot as I was headed to the bathroom to wipe it off.  Totally disgusting. 

New Friends:  This is my old student McKenna who came to visit little Riley!  He loves her!

All of a sudden, tummy time got really quiet!  The first of many sleepy tummy times.

He's so cute. Just sittin' with daddy.

He started doing a lot of side ways laying and bending to see things.  Unfortunately this meant he's moving and he's fallen off the ottoman since we didn't know he was so able to move.  Don't worry: no damage done.

3 months!

We went over to Nathan's one night and when we got there Sydney came running to me and saying she wanted to hold Riley and that she washed her hands! So we gave her Riley and he totally snuggled up to her.  It was precious.  She looked at me and said, "he thinks I'm his mommy!".  Kids are cute.

As we left Nathan's we were in a blanket of fog.  I've never seen it so soupy!  This showed that we could see at least the stop lights, but that was pretty impressive.  It would have been difficult had we not been familiar with the drive home.
